In 1992, Laurence Silman, a passionate follower of cricket and Life Member of Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC), recognised the unique location and vista of this building and commissioned architects to design him an outstanding penthouse, as a place to watch the long game and to entertain family and friends.
All proceeds from the sale (net of transaction costs) will go to The Launan Charitable Trust, a grant-giving charity supporting a wide range of causes.
